The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia has informed us that the donations from natural persons, in form of medications and medical devices, brought personally, cannot be accepted. This measure is introduced with the aim to protect the health of patients, as it cannot be determined how the medications were acquired and in which conditions they were kept.

All the natural persons and legal entities who wish to donate medications and medical devices registered in the Republic of Serbia can make a donation through manufacturers or wholesale distributers to the central pharmacy of the Clinical Centre of Serbia, who will distribute the donated means further. In the case of donation of non-registered medications, the import of the donation is administered through the approval of the Medicines and Medical Devices Agency of Serbia.
