Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia H.E. Mrs. Ana Brnabić participated in the Economic Forum organized by the Süddeutsche Zeitung in Berlin on November 11, 2019, where she spoke at a panel entitled "A World in radical Change - Together We Are Stronger". At the conference, the Prime Minister met with Markus Söder, the Prime Minister of the State of Bavaria, and Stephan Weil, the Prime Minister of the State of Lower Saxony.

During her speech, the Prime Minister spoke about the cooperation in the Western Balkans, which she emphasized as extremely important, while the initiative of the "mini-Schengen", launched by the President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić, is the most important initiative in the last few decades in our region.

She used this opportunity to remind guests that Germany is one of the most important economic partners of Serbia, with more than 400 companies that are employing more than 60,000 people in Serbia, where both - expansion in our market and new employments are planned. The Prime Minister of Serbia underlined the fact that Serbia is recognized in Europe for its IT services, knowledge, young talented people, as a competitive destination for investment in advanced technologies, expressing hope that the results will come in the upcoming years.

The Prime Minister thanked the hosts for the invitation (the second year in a row) for her participation in the Forum, which is an indicator and recognition for the reforms conducted in Serbia.
