President of the Republic of Serbia Mr. Aleksandar Vučić had a video conference with the Federal Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Ms. Angela Merkel on December 3, 2020.

The two leaders exchanged views about the challenges of the crisis caused by the pandemic of virus COVID-19, with special emphasis on mitigating the economic consequences of the pandemic.

They also discussed further development of bilateral relations and economic cooperation between two countries, the process of Serbia's accession to the European Union, the situation in the West Balkan region and the continuation of the dialogue between Belgrade and Priština.
