On March 24, H.E. Dr. Snezana Janković, Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the Federal Republic of Germany, had a meeting in the German Bundestag with Mr. Michael Georg Link, spokesman for European affairs of FDP parliamentary group.  Ambassador Janković informed her interlocutor about the progress in the process of European integration of Serbia and the development of Serbian-German bilateral relations, especially in the field of economy, and exchanged views on the situation in the Western Balkans.

Mr. Michael Link expressed support for Serbia's European integration, pointing out the support of his party for the EU integrations of the Western Balkans.

He mentioned that the current complex geopolitical circumstances call for the Western Balkans to be more firmly integrated into the EU and he stressed the importance of fulfilling the accession criteria.
